Charity yoga brunch

Come and join me on 23 April for the best possible Sunday morning.

We will spend the start of the morning practicing a gorgeous yoga flow, which will be suitable for all levels. Once you've worked up an appetite, you will sit down to a deliciously nutricious brunch, prepared by a guest chef. When you feel full of both brunch and the joys of a good stretch, you can head into your Sunday with a little goody bag to keep the love going.

Most importantly, all profits from the event will go to the wonderful charity that is Refettorio Felix:

Refettorio Felix is a drop-in centre and community kitchen serving vulnerable people in Earl’s Court and beyond. They have an open-door policy, welcoming without judgement anyone struggling with a wide variety of issues, such as homelessness, loneliness, substance abuse and mental health difficulties.
