☺️This special day is dedicated to supporting West Gate Special Needs School (FOW). Immerse yourself in a harmonious blend of wellbeing activities, entertainment, workshops, stalls, and therapies, all set within the tranquil ambience of Bosworth Hall Hotel. This is more than just an event; it's a holistic experience designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul.
🤗The Charity Wellbeing Day is open to men, women, and individuals of all ages and abilities seeking relaxation, self-care, and community support. Join us for a day filled with love, compassion, and positive vibes. Step into a world of serenity and joy with yoga, meditation, nutrition, arts and crafts workshops, entertainment, and unique activities like the Fire & Glass Walk and Break an Arrow with Your Neck!

🫡Please note that age restrictions apply to the fire, glass walk, and arrow-breaking workshops. Everyone will receive wrist straps upon entry to confirm access, with separate wrist straps for those booked onto these unique workshops.
🤩There will be a raffle taking place at the end of the day. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the entrance at £1 each, cash only. Good luck!

🧡Caroline will be running her creative workshop throughout the day, charges applicable.
💚Tranquil Plants will also be offering workshops throughout the day, charges are applicable.
🤩There are 2 options for the Fire, and glass walk, break an arrow with your neck challenges. You can either
Pay £35 and add this to your cart when buying your entry tickets. Or you can do the challenge absolutely FREE if you do it as a sponsored challenge. You will need to collect minimum £150 to do it for free. Please contact Mandeep via WhatsApp on 07502186228 for details. This will need to be donated to Mandeep on or before Monday the 8th of September to be able to take part in this challenge for free. Please note if you are unable to take part on the day for any reason, the money will not be refunded and will go towards the event. Once you have raised the funds, you can contact Mandeep on 07502186228 to arrange donation and your place on the challenge.
🫡Please note that timings of workshops may change on the day due to unavoidable reasons. We kindly ask you to arrive on time to avoid any delays or disappointments. Don't forget to bring a yoga mat! Workshops are first-come, first-served, and there is hopefully something for everyone.
🚗 Free parking, just remember to register your car registration into the venue's iPad system to avoid any fines.
