Veteran's Crossover Assistance Program, Incorporated (VCAP) would like you to join us in raising funds for our Transitional Housing Initiative. This project is a one stop shop program designed to address the homeless veteran issues we are currently facing in our community.

No Refund Policy

All donations are made to Veteran's Crossover Assistance Program, Incorporated (VCAP), a 501(c)(3) organization in the United States.

As agreed to by all volunteers upon sign-up and by all donors upon donation, ALL DONATIONS MADE TO VCAP ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.*

Specifically,

PURCHASED EVENT TICKETS

VCAP may offer, from time to time, tickets for fundraising events where a percentage of the event donation will go to help support the organization's efforts. In such cases, when we receive your event donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to meet the needs of our organization. Because VCAP puts all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations or any donations made for events. The ticket may be transferred to another designated attendee. Please notify VCAP of this transfer at [email protected].

*This policy is effective August 11, 2021, and applies to all donations made on or after this date.
