Charity HIIT Class

This holiday season, let’s come together for a cause bigger than ourselves! We’re thrilled to invite you to a Charity HIIT Event to benefit the SF-Marin Food Bank and help provide meals for families in need. For every sign-up, 20 meals will be donated. Let’s crush our goal of 20 participants and provide at least 400 meals!

When: Sunday, December 15th, at 12:00 PM
Where: Jackson Playground, San Francisco
What: A high-energy HIIT session led by me, Wayne.

It’s your chance to break a sweat, spread some holiday cheer, and make a difference. Together, we can make an impact—one workout at a time. Let’s hit this goal and show the power of our fitness community! See you at the playground!
