Charity fundraiser for crossbasket house 💜

We’ve decided to do a fundraiser event for cross basket house 💜- this is a charity close to our hearts that helped us at a time we needed it most 😫! Cross baskets offers accommodation for family’s whose children are in hospital 🥺.
As many of yous know our little Rylee was diagnosed with a heart defect - coarctation of the aorta. This is where the aorta is narrowed / closed and it stops the blood flow reaching the right places. Rylee had to go for a life saving heart surgery at 17 days old, as a parent this was the worse time of our life! We also have a 2 year old so we had to ask family to keep her whilst we were at the hospital day and night! Not wanting to leave Rylees side not knowing what was going to happen and 40 minutes drive from the hospital we were prepared to sleep in our car as it was £100 a night for a hotel near the hospital & we were not in a financial situation to pay as we knew we were goin to be in hospital for a while.
We were very lucky to have been offered cross basket house to stay untill we were discharged from the hospital with Rylee this is on hospital grounds & 3 minutes walk from the children’s hospital where Rylee was 💜! Due to being given a room here we were able to have Millie with us aswell ❤️.. this was a huge weight off our shoulders where we could be with both kids.
All the staff at cross basket was amazing & they offer so much more to families who are also in Hospital with critical ill children! - we will be forever grateful to them and would love to give something back to such an amazing charity with the help of family & friends 🫶🫶
Tickets will be available & lots of raffle prizes up for grabs 🏆! - we would love if yous could come along and help raise as much money as possible for such an amazing cause ❤️🩹🥹
