📣A Night of Great Food for a Great Cause with Level 3 Catering & Hospitality students alongside Chef John Arrojo 💙🍽️📣We’re so excited to invite you to a very special charity evening on April 3rd—a night filled with amazing food, incredible talent, and a whole lot of heart.
🍽️ Hogs Night – A 7-Course Taster Menu
For just £30 per person, you’ll get to enjoy a delicious seven-course tasting menu, carefully designed and prepared by our talented Level 3 students with the guidance from our special guest Chef John. They’ve been working hard to create something truly special, and we can’t wait for you to experience it!
👨🍳 Special Guest – Chef John Arrojo
We’re also honoured to have John Arrojo, the head chef from Aperitif in Sunderland City Centre, joining us as head chef for the night! With his expertise and passion for great food, this is set to be an unforgettable dining experience.

This event means so much to us because our students have chosen to support Sunderland Young Carers, a charity that helps young people who care for family members. Many of our own students are young carers themselves, balancing their studies with responsibilities at home, so this cause is incredibly close to our hearts.
