Charity 5-a-Side Football Tournament for Congo
Join us for a morning of football, community and fundraising as we come together to support Tearfund's work in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Whether you're entering a team to compete or coming along to cheer from the sidelines, every ticket purchased will help make a difference. Funds raised will support Tearfund's emergency response and long-term work with communities affected by conflict, poverty and displacement in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

🕥 Time: 10:30am – 2:00pm
📍 Venue: Mile End Park Leisure Centre, Rhodeswell Rd, London E3 4HL
⚽ Pitches: 8, 9 & 10
Competition Format
- 5-a-side football tournament
- Squads of up to 8 players (5 playing, 3 substitutes)
- Qualified referees officiating all matches
- Group stage followed by knockout rounds (subject to the number of teams entered)
Tickets
Team Entry: £80 per team
Spectator Ticket: £10 per person
All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Tearfund's work in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Refreshments
Refreshments will be available to purchase throughout the event.
