Join us at Color Factory for Bite by Bite & Co.'s first Charlottesville, VA workshop as we indulge in and learn about all things charcuterie!
Specifically during this workshop, you will learn tips and tricks for preparing your own masterpiece to share with your friends and family. The 10-inch board serves up to two people as an appetizer portion. Come for a great experience and delicious charcuterie! Each participant will slice cheeses and meats for their boards and style them based on directions and examples provided by your instructor. Tastings of specialty fruits, cheeses, and meats will be available throughout the class. Be sure to come hungry!

*To take home - Charcuterie board and all food items for the board.
Color Factory is located at the colorful buildings of Market Square and can be found in the big yellow building with a Color Factory sign above the door. Free parking is located out front!
