About this Event

This event does not require registration.

Indulge in a delightful experience of all things charcuterie! Tom Sherman of Class VI wine bar in DeKalb will share techniques for assembling a perfect array of savory meats, artisanal cheeses, nuts, fruit, and other accompaniments, after which attendees will be able to sample and ask questions.

This demonstration and tasting will be followed by classical guitarist Peter Fletcher’s after-hours performance in the Main Lobby, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Come for the food, and stay for the music!

This event is free and open to all ages. No registration is required. Charcuterie samples will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

This program is sponsored by the DeKalb Kiwanis Club’s “Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body” initiative.
