Join us for a hands on charcuterie class with Hope’s Kitchen at High Branch Brewing Company!3:00 PM - 4:00 PM During this hour guest will have a chance to mingle with each other and explore the beer and wine menu.
4:30 PM - 5:30 PM Main Event: Get creative with Chef Anna’e! Guest will learn beginner friendly techniques to create charcuterie displays while having the opportunity to pair a variety of beers that enhance the overall experience. As guest create their charcuterie displays, Chef Anna’e will answer questions and share tips to improve their experience. To end the hands on class guest will participate in a fun charcuterie game. Winner is rewarded with a special surprise!
