Charcuterie Boards and Brews at Grainworks Brewing Company

ABOUT THE EVENT:

Have you ever wondered the tips and tricks of a visually appealing charcuterie board? Or how to assemble a salami rose? Bring your friends and join Brittany who will be offering her Charcuterie 101 workshop class. Each person will learn how to craft a gorgeous cheese and charcuterie board on a palm leaf platter that will wow your friends, family, and Halloween party guests! Each attendee will style and arrange a well balanced charcuterie board along with learning the history of charcuterie, cheese styling techniques, and the salami rose all while enjoying a drink at Grainworks Brewery.

Your ticket includes:

- all the ingredients and materials needed to create a personalized charcuterie board that you will be able to enjoy during the workshop and take home too! (Please note each workshop attendee must purchase their own individual ticket)
