Charcuterie Board Workshop

Charcuterie boards have been dominating the latest food trends and have quickly become one of the most popular party must-haves! Sometimes though, creating a beautiful picture-perfect arrangement can be complicated… and that’s when we get to help you!

Join Lina’s x La Belle Graze charcuterie building class and learn the best tips to create a gorgeous board with some incredible ingredients. The class will be hosted by Jess, the most talented grazing expert in Calgary.

During the class, you will learn how to prepare and assemble an individual board, using Lina’s local and imported charcuterie, cheeses and fixings. Jess will guide you and help you build this stunning board (see photo for reference).

The workshop includes:

• 1 Bamboo platter and wrapping materials to transport home
• 3 varieties of local and Italian meats
• 3 varieties of imported cheeses
• Gorgeous fixings such as: nuts, artisan chocolate, crackers, jam, olives, fresh fruit and edible flowers.
• A bubbly welcome drink
• 2 x glasses of wine

The event will take place at Lina’s Italian Mercato (5108 Elbow Dr. SW) on Thursday September 15th, at 5pm.

40 people max capacity, 6-8ppl groups are welcome!
