This creative Chef will guide you in creating a fabulous Charcuterie board with a selection of cheeses, dried meat, seasonal berries & fruit while enjoying a glass of wine. You can take your board home or enjoy with another glass of wine at the workshop.This is a fundraiser for Chef Abel as he is a contestant for this years Mr. Lake Geneva Pageant! 50% of the score is based on fundraising. Chef's charity is Inspiration Ministries. There will also be a raffle of great prizes including a private dinner for four people with Chef Abel.
