Chapter Rally Day will be held on March 19, 2022, at the Manchester Richmond Moose Lodge. The meeting will most likely start around 9 or 9:30 and I will be sending out a more detailed outline after 2/19 and will post to the VMA site. Remember at least one person from your chapter needs to attend for the award of achievement. I believe there is also a check that needs to be presented at Chapter Rally Day.If you will be spending the night, the room info was given to the Chapter rep at the Conference and has also been posted on the VMA. On 1/25 an email was sent to the chapters with a link to the Doubletree.
Make sure you bring money to support Moose Charities. BASKETS - an email was sent out by Cindy Millard to the Chapters. Bring a basket from your chapter to support Moose Charities (MAC project).
(depending on the amount raised we may support 2 projects) We will be doing this the same way we use to at the conferences. But please only one per chapter and please let Cindy know by 3/1 if you are bringing a basket.
50/50 - be ready to purchase your tickets to win money.
We will be going over topics that will help you succeed as a chapter, have a question-and-answer session, fun activities, team building as well as getting together as chapters to help each other survive.
Chapter member's - dress up the same, dress in a theme or just as you are. We will have fun with this.
I will be sending out a few emails in the next few weeks. Per Reg form will be coming out very soon -. We are asking everyone to please pre reg because this will help Manchester Richmond know how many to plan for Lunch for. The Pre req will have a please for you to mark if you want lunch at the Lodge. I am hoping to include this in the req fee.
