Important Reminders
Check-in closes at 8:45 AM. Pools will not be adjusted for late arrivals.
Teams have a 10-minute grace period to appear for matches. After 10 minutes, the first set is forfeited. After another 10 minutes, the second set is forfeited.
No-shows, dropping within 24 hours, or failing to officiate when assigned will result in a $10 fee per person at your next CHAOS tournament.
Please clean up your area. Trash bags will be available.
Anyone asked to leave the event will not receive a refund.
Sandbagging Policy
CHAOS reserves the right to move teams between divisions or disqualify teams from playoffs for sandbagging, with no refund.
When determining division placement, we consider:
Team skill level
Strength of the field
Consistent high finishes within a division
BB Division is for true beginners. Players with significant indoor, beach, grass, or club volleyball experience should not be playing BB.
No hand setting is allowed in BB divisions.
All division decisions are made at the discretion of the tournament directors and are final.
Waitlist
Waitlisted teams are accepted only if space allows. If you remain on the waitlist the night before the tournament, plan on not being able to play.
