Chanting Club - Exploring Mantra

Join Angie and the UNEARTHED community for this gorgeous and transfixing 90 minute workshop on the power of chanting and mantra. You’ll be safely introduced to the art of chanting as a practice for inner connection and balance.

You will learn traditional Sanskrit mantras, understand their meanings, and experience how sound can resonate with our inner energy.

This event is open to all levels with limited spaces and we can't wait to meet you there!

Agenda:

2.15-2.30: arrival, ritual, opening mantra & intros

2.30-3: dissecting what mantra and chanting is, the science, and the spiritual

3-3.30: call and repeat connective chanting (so mesmerising!)

3.30-3.45: close & reflections
