Experience two hours of Afro-Cuban movement, culture, and dance in one immersive workshop!
The first hour explores the energy, movement, and traditions of Changó and Oyá, two powerful Orishas in the Afro-Cuban tradition. During the second hour, we’ll bring that energy into an exciting Timba Fusion class, blending musicality, expression, and contemporary Cuban movement.
This workshop offers a unique opportunity to deepen your connection to Afro-Cuban culture while expanding your movement vocabulary in a welcoming and energetic environment.
