Rewrite YOUR story! No longer living as a creature of habit, become the creator. Your past does not define you. Join us in engaging in wellness activities such as mindful movement and meditation. Allow the aromas of Earth-based scents to cleanse your Aura and Energy Field. Purify with our most sacred element, WATER! Spend time in silent meditation.

Using a storytelling approach, participants will engage in a transformative experience through the healing power of writing, drawing, sound, or movement to release unhelpful stories out of the body.

What's Included:

• Journal, Creative Supplies, Mat to move on
• Lunch, Snacks, Water, Hot Tea

What you need/can bring:

• Openness and honesty
• Agreement to use incense and water cleansing
• Agreement in using sound, color, crystals, or other nature-based healing tools
• Voice recording device [if you prefer to use voice to engage]
• Something to write with
• Wear very loose or comfortable clothing
• Any comforts or Medic*tion you may need for the day
• A pillow or blanket if you wish for additional comfort
