6:30-7 pm : Arrival, registration & get settled

7-7:30: Opening meditation, intro, networking tips

7:30-8:30 pm : Opportunity to introduce yourself to people by sharing what you do, what you have to offer & what support you’re looking for (60 second elevator pitch)

8:30-10:30 pm : Mix & mingle

Here are some ways you can prepare to receive the most from this experience. Since you will have a chance to introduce yourself to everyone on the microphone, we suggest taking some time to get clear on the vision of what opportunities you’d like to create, as well as what you’d like to share about yourself. Some may call this an ‘elevator pitch’.

Think about how you’d like to articulate:

1) What you’re working on,

2) Skills & experience that you can offer,

3) What you need support with/ ‘your ask’

Attendees will be limited to a *1 minute* share each, before we move onto unstructured mingling time. Thinking through your pitch ahead of time will help the event run more smoothly & make it more enjoyable for everyone!

We will give guidance and examples at the event as well.

This is an investment into your business. If you are starting out, we have a lower cost available. For entrepreneurs/professionals that are more established, we suggest a cost that would be reflective of the value of meeting potential clients and collaborators.

About the organizers:

Sofiya Chorniy is a former careers teacher that supported adult students in advancing their careers for 5+ years. She is a passionate community builder and an award-winning environmentalist.

As a seasoned networker, Sofiya looks forward to sharing networking tips and facilitating a memorable conscious networking experience to support fellow changemakers in achieving their dreams!

Jesse Buck, is a conscious entrepreneur, visionary, event producer and community leader. He was born and raised in Ottawa before embarking on a transformative journey of self-discovery in Toronto in 2012. Deeply committed to personal growth, he immersed himself in the realms of Yoga, Meditation, and Vibrational Medicine, seeking to unlock the potential within himself and others.

With a passion for community engagement, Jesse has produced over 555 diverse and intentional events in the past decade. He is the founder of the globally recognized "Chocolate Groove," a Cacao Ecstatic Dance event based in Toronto, now entering its 5th year. Recently, Jesse launched Unity Productions, a collaborative production company dedicated to hosting community events worldwide and supporting local communities. Additionally, he co-founded the successful Sonic Springs Festival, currently in its second year. Jesse Buck's journey as an entrepreneur and community advocate continues to leave a lasting impact on those around him.
