Join us for an informal Change Navigators Happy Hour—an opportunity to connect with others who are navigating change within their organizations. There’s no formal agenda for this quarter's event, just a relaxed space to share experiences, exchange ideas, and learn from one another as we all work to build stronger change capabilities in the midst of continuous, stacked, and complex change.

Change Navigators is an open collaboration group that welcomes anyone interested in organizational change management, providing leadership support, or helping others through change. Whether you're a seasoned change leader or just getting started, you’ll find a welcoming community focused on learning and connection.

The group meets virtually on a quarterly basis, with occasional in-person events in Madison and Milwaukee. FarWell is honored to sponsor and facilitate this community.
