Welcome to our 2nd Annual Event, Change For Wellness! Join us for a day, filled with wholistic activities focused on improving your spiritual, physical and mental well-being. Well have a variety of free workshops every hour, from yoga to soundbowl meditations; aromatherapy to breathwork. We even will have DIY table set up for Make & Take Tie-Dye to appease your inner child or your little ones. There will be Vegan Food prepared by 'Zion Kuisine' and Family Springs Alkaline Water. We've got everything you need to kickstart your journey or level up your journey of becoming a healthier individuals and healthier families together.
