About this Event
Change Empowerment Lab – Session 4: Sustainability & Evaluation
Life after implementation—what we often miss when we move on too soon.
This final lab completes the arc of the program, connecting the work of Sessions 1–3 to what happens after implementation. Together, we use project results and lived experience to reflect on how the change performed relative to the outcomes identified at the beginning of the effort, what those results reveal about our assumptions and approach, and what should be carried forward.
This session focuses on making sense of what happened and reinforcing what worked. We also reflect on how recognition showed up during the change effort, where it may have fallen short, and what additional ways of acknowledging contributions could further reinforce the behaviors that made the change possible. Throughout the lab, we establish simple practices that support sustainment and learning beyond the project.
Together, we will create:
- A KPI & Outcomes Scorecard- Review project results against previously identified outcomes and capture a small set of indicators that help us describe how the project performed and whether expectations were met.
- A Sustainment Check‑In Guide- Identify when a sustainment check‑in should occur, who should be involved, and the questions it should address so we can revisit results and what we’re noticing over time.
- A Continuous Improvement Guide-Maximize project experience by pulling out what will support learning, recognition, and ongoing adjustment after the project concludes.
Who should attend:
- IT and finance project leaders who want a stronger, more durable alignment across teams
- Project managers from any discipline looking to keep stakeholders engaged from kickoff to close
- Leaders and sponsors seeking a practical, reusable toolkit to drive adoption and cross-functional ownership
