Change Empowerment Lab: Session 1 — Alignment First

Designed with project leaders in mind, this hands‑on workshop strengthens project outcomes by building the engagement needed to uphold change. Leaders will learn how to clearly communicate the “why” behind change, understand stakeholder needs, and create momentum that lasts throughout the project lifecycle. This session provides practical, reusable resources that improve cross‑functional alignment, reduce resistance, and increase adoption.
