Your facilitator
Your facilitator is Mel Loy SCMP, the founder and owner of Hey Mel! Communication & Training, a small but energetic agency based in Brisbane, and supporting clients all over the world.
Mel is an international award winner, being recognised for her change communication strategies and education programs, and the author of two books: Change Isn't Hard: A practical playbook for people-centred change communication (2024), and Less Chatter, More Matter: The SKILLS to communicate more effectively.
She is also a podcast host, yoga teacher, and group fitness instructor!
