Change by Design: Building Change Management Into the Initiative from Day 1
About this Event
What if change management were built into an initiative from the beginning - instead of called in when adoption starts to fail?
Join government and industry professionals for an interactive, full-day workshop examining how organizations can integrate change management earlier into planning, governance, project execution, and decision-making.
Through facilitated exercises, cross-sector discussion, collaborative problem-solving, and solution prototyping, participants will explore the real operational challenges behind organizational change and leave with practical ideas they can apply to future initiatives.
THE PROBLEM
Change management is often undervalued until resistance, delays, or adoption failures occur, at which point it is expected to fix systemic issues quickly.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Government and industry can design initiatives differently by considering adoption, governance, sponsorship, operations, and change from the beginning.
