Every 3rd Saturday of the month, Twent’s invites you to experience an evening of rare indulgence: 30 grams of Adamas Premium Oscietra caviar, paired with Ivana8000 Champagne, for CHF 175.00 per person.
Adamas Oscietra is one of Italy’s most celebrated caviars, produced with passion and tradition in the crystal-clear waters of the Tormo River Natural Park, near Milan. The Oscietra (Acipenser Gueldensteadtii) is renowned for its large, amber-hued grains and a flavor profile both rich and refined—creamy, with subtle nutty notes and a lingering, elegant finish. Each tin is crafted under the strictest standards of sustainability and quality, matured using the traditional Malossol method by master salters, and awarded for its excellence worldwide.
Ivana8000 Champagne is an exclusive, individually numbered Blanc de Blancs cuvée, crafted to elevate life’s most treasured moments. This vintage impresses with a fine, persistent mousse and a medium greenish-yellow hue. Delicate aromas of biscuit and fresh apple mingle with hints of blossom honey and meadow herbs.
