Chamber Orchestra of Edmonton Season 2022 "From Italy to Switzerland"

We recognize our responsibility to have practical guidelines in place to ensure our concerts are safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Please respect the space and comfort of those around you so everyone can enjoy the concerts.

MANDATORY VACCINATION

All patrons over the age of 12 years will be required to show proof of being FULLY vaccinated to attend a Chamber Orchestra of Edmonton concert. In addition to providing the required vaccination, each patron 18 years and older will be required to present government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or provincial ID card, to verify their identity. This mandate is not negotiable, and no exceptions will be made.

Proof of vaccination - the verified COVID-19 vaccine record QR code will be the only valid Alberta proof of vaccination accepted that clearly identifies the name of the recipient and matches the government-issued photo identification. We will use the AB Covid Records Verifier App to scan your QR code.

MANDATORY MASKS

All patrons are required to wear appropriate masks that cover the nose, mouth, and chin at all times when in the concert venue. This includes all indoor spaces such as the lobby and other common areas as well as in concert seating.

PRIVACY

Chamber Orchestra of Edmonton will not store, or share any information presented as part of this process.

ARRIVAL

Please plan your arrival to minimize time spent in the lobby but with enough time to ensure you can be seated in adequate time for the performance. Doors open thirty minutes before a performance begins.

STAYING HOME

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have come in close contact with someone who has tested positive, we ask that you stay home and not come to the concert. If you are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, or trouble breathing, we also ask that you stay home. Tickets can be exchanged or refunded by contacting [email protected]
