Chamber Music Quad Cities presents "Into the Light"

Chamber Music Quad Cities' 2024-25 concert season draws to a close with a program of mixed instrumental and vocal music, "Into the Light." The concert begins with dark-hued music by Schubert, Schumann, Alexander Zemlinsky and Ned Rorem. In the second half we move into the light, with a beautiful song cycle by American David Conte and a Schumann piano trio. We are delighted to introduce the wonderful violinist Sunmi Chang to the Quad Cities, and to welcome acclaimed baritone Nathaniel Sullivan back to his hometown. The concert will take place at the Trinity Episcopal Parish Hall in Davenport on Sunday, March 16 at 3:00 p.m.
