This camp is designed and staffed by our program partners, Challenge Island Northwest Michigan!Challenge Island is kicking off the summer with a visit to the Amusement Park! Each camper
will be able to design a copter and launch it to land at the Amusement Park. We’re going to
explore the science behind coasters, what makes them go, what keeps them going, and what
forces are working against them to slow. it. down. Then STEAM Teams will be able to take this
knowledge and engineer an exciting coaster that everyone will want to ride!
This is a 3-hour drop-off camp held at the Great Lakes Children's Museum for kids ages 7-10. The cost is $39 per child ($30 for members!).
