The 26th annual ChalkArtWalk will be as it was 26 years ago & held on Mother's Day Sunday, May 12, 2024. This is a totally free sidewalk chalk art event that has been staged in downtown Hillyard the whole time! So we continuing great tradition in a great location!ChalkArtWalk is a completely FREE judged event awarding 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in six different categories. The categories are as follows 0-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20, 21 and older. Then there is also a Family category. The Best of Show winner receives $100 along with their picture on the front of next year’s shirt! Each year there is a different theme, this years theme is “KINDNESS”. What does KINDNESS look like to you? How do you see KINDNESS around you? Cant wait to see the many was of kindness through others!
The registration booth will be between the Red Dragon restaurant & the SMH building, just look for the tub of Chalk, with the table of hairspray! Registration begins 9:00am!
YOU MUST HAVE A REGISTERED NUMBER TO BE IN THE CONTEST. YOU CAN DRAW ALL YOU WANT WITHOUT A NUMBER YOU JUST CAN'T WIN 😉
