Bismarck Art & Galleries Association (BAGA) will be holding a Sidewalk Chalk Art Class in preparation for the 50th Annual Capital A'Fair. The class will be held at the gallery Monday, July 29 from 6 to 8 pm. Professional artist Cherise Pfaff will teach students about proper tools, planning, making patterns to transfer art images to the sidewalk, protecting the art, and techniques to achieve specific effects. Once students complete the class, they are asked to put their new skills to work on a section of sidewalk reserved for them at the Capital A'Fair Saturday and Sunday, August 3rd and 4th.
The class fee is $35 for BAGA members and $40 for non-members. Fee includes a set of high-quality Prang chalks and a bottle of water during Capital A'Fair.
