CHAKTI Yoga

CHAKTI fuses the paths of yoga, and creates somatic connection through asana and rhythm. Through an intentional and ever-changing sequence, CHAKTI Yoga inspires liberation. CHAKTI is a dynamic movement practice connecting you to the source of what you are: LOVE. It’s wild, grounding, freeing, empowering and surprisingly spiritual.

The foundation of the practice is traditional hatha yoga.The other diverse modalities include, Kundalini kriyas, pilates, dance, calisthenics, and Qi (life force energy).

Everyone is welcome as all the movements are optional, honor your beautiful body and explore what feels best for you.

Please prepare your space for sacred practice. A yoga mat & water are essential. We recommend sage & palo santo clearing before, your favorite crystals and essential oils for aligning to your intention for practice. It can also be helpful to have a journal close for creative inspirations and affirmations.
