Feeling like your energy is stuck or stagnant? Searching for a nurturing opportunity for self-care? Michelle and Karla, both certified in yoga and reiki, invite you to join them for an enlightening session of Chakras, Sound Bowls, and Reiki on Sunday, May 5th at 2pm. During this 90-minute class, you will experience a practice focused on full-body relaxation. Crystal sound bowls will fill the room with harmonious frequencies, while Reiki techniques work to unblock and balance each chakra center.
Throughout the session, you will be guided through different breathing techniques and positive affirmations.
Everyone is welcome to join in on this nourishing experience. (No prior knowledge of chakras or reiki is necessary!)
We will provide blankets, blocks, and bolsters for your comfort, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Dress in cozy, comfortable clothing and layers for the ultimate relaxation. Don't miss out on this opportunity to unwind and connect with your inner peace.
