This is an introductory level class for beginners to gain knowledge about each chakra and what they are for. Learn a daily practice to keep the chakra system healthy in order to reduce stress and live a more fulfilled and mindful life.
In this class, you will learn about the main 7 chakras, as well as visualization and other techniques to cleanse and balance your energetic system in order to operate at your fullest potential.
PLEASE BRING A NOTEBOOK AND PEN/PENCIL AND FEEL FREE TO BRING A BOTTLE OF WATER.
