Learn to play crystal bowls and vocalize with them to create energy shifts in the 7 chakras through the art of Sound Baths. Advanced Certified Sound therapist and seasoned vocalist, Rebecca Abraxas, will lead you on a sound bath journey to balance all 7 of your chakras. Then the group will be guided on how to use crystal bowls with chakras on their own.
You will learn 3 sound maps for the chakras and also learn vocal techniques to let out those sounds with grace and confidence.
In this 2 1/2-hour workshop, you will:
* Experience a live sound bath with crystal bowls, frame drum, and Voice
* Learn 3 Sound Maps to balance the energy of the chakras
* Discover the nuances of playing crystal bowls with ease
* Explore vocal techniques to create an open, warm, confident tone
