Chakradance… Release and Renewal

Chakradance™ is a moving meditation and embodied healing journey through the seven chakras.

Held in a softly lit, sacred space, this experience uses carefully curated soundscapes designed to resonate with each chakra, guided inner imagery, and spontaneous movement to support emotional release, energetic balance, and deep embodiment. There is no choreography and no dance experience required. With eyes closed or gently lowered, you are invited to move in your own way—listening to the wisdom of your body and allowing what’s ready to shift to gently unwind. Each journey is integrated through mandala creation, offering a grounding and reflective close to the experience.

Expect to leave feeling grounded, open, clear, and more deeply connected to yourself. Flooring surface is wood with dura dance pad for support. This workshop is barefoot.
