Through movement, sound and creative practice you’ll release energy blocks to speaking your truth, reconnect to your body's wisdom and return to embodied confidence.

- Spontaneous free movement and chakra-resonant music to unlock expression and awaken the voice

- Mandala art, sacred art for creative integration and reflection

- Gentle facilitation in a safe, non‑judgemental sisterhood circle

- A held, supportive space to explore your creativity, expression, truth and presence

- Release of what no longer serves you; emotional clearing and expansion

- Practices to move stuck energy, take up space and express with confidence
