Chakradance with Roshni - the Heart Chakra!
Let's explore our heart chakra and heal that energy centre in a wonderful joyous environment. Join Roshni and embark on a beautiful journey of self - discovery. This activity lasts 2-3 hours and includes the following:
- Meditation
- Guided visualisation
- Chakradance
- Mandala artwork
- Group expression
The chakradance lasts around 1 hour and allows us to dance away imbalances in the chakra, whilst listening to specially generated chakra resonant music. After the dance, we create a Mandala artwork, an expression of the healing experienced. No dance ability or artistic skills are needed, simply let the body flow, be your own healer and release everything that's holding you back..
