Chakradance is a Healing Movement Therapy Modality which involves spontaneous dance to specific Chakra resonant music, mandala art and an integration meditation assisting you to feel, heal and rebalance your chakras.
The dance of Chakradance is not about performance in any way. It is about finding your own free spontaneous dance to connect with and express the energy of each chakra. It is like a
dynamic moving meditation.
The benefits of a balance Sacral Chakra feel more connected to your divine feminine, you'll have a healthy creative expression, balanced hormones, ability to experience pleasure, generous and giving, nurturing to self and others, healthy boundaries, ability to embrace change, emotionally connected, sensuality and sexuality balanced.
Chakradance is held within a supported environment and sacred space at Cobbin Farm Chapel, Grovedale.
