Chakradance - Base Chakra - Muladhara

Please join me for this magical Chakradance event as we set our intentions to release blocked energy in our root chakra. Muladhara - Base Chakra is the first chakra, the foundation of our being. As spiritual beings having a human experience we need to be grounded so that we feel safe and strong in our environment. This is all about knowing who you are and your connection with the world around you. This workshop lasts just under two hours and consists of the following.
