In a ✨Chakradance✨ workshop, we are guided into a deeply embodied experience—one that invites us out of the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body. We move between moments of grounded stillness, sinking deep within ourselves, and wild, primal dance that liberates and awakens our inner energy.
Through this journey, we begin to gently release what no longer serves us, allowing the mind, emotions and spirit to come into balance and harmony.
