7 Keys: A Chakradance™ Workshop

Join me for an evening of music, movement, and quiet recalibration as we journey through the seven energy centres of the body – the chakras – and gently realign for the months ahead.
This isn’t just an intro to Chakradance™ (though it’s a great one if you’re curious). It’s one of the last four workshops I’ll be offering in person—and a beautiful way to press pause, come back to yourself, and shift gears after a full summer.
You’ll be guided through a blend of:
🌿 meditation
🌿 spontaneous movement
🌿 chakra-resonant music
All held in a softly lit space where you can move freely and inwardly—no steps to learn, no experience needed.
Whether you’re new or you’ve danced with me before, you’re very welcome.
