Chakra Yoga consists of gentle poses & stretching with a focus on stress relief, relaxation, & balancing the seven main Chakras while incorporating Meditation, Aromatherapy, & Sound Healing. Beginners & all levels welcome! Wear comfortable attire, bring a mat, towel or blanket, & water. Check-in 7:00 P.M. Class Begins Promptly at 7:15 P.M.
