Tea, yoga, and chakra healing vibes—yes, please! 🧘🏻♀️☕ Join this 7-week series designed to balance, refresh, and uplift you.
*You do not have to attend the whole series; you can register for as few or many as you’d like.
Each week, we’ll journey through one of the seven chakras—from root to crown—using yoga, breathwork, and meditation to open, align, and empower. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this series will meet you exactly where you are.
🍵 To enhance your practice, each session includes thoughtfully paired teas from **In-Tea**, infused with functional (non-psychedelic!) mushrooms provided by **Ambrosia Harvest**. The tea and mushroom blend will be aligned with the chakra focus of the week—and yes, you’ll be able to purchase your favorites to take home!
