THE STUDY OF THE CHAKRAS WORKSHOPS with Peter Nilsson Understand the difference between the modern chakra model and the traditional yogic system. This two-part workshop explores both the contemporary and classical understandings of the chakras through yoga philosophy, meditation, symbolism, subtle body theory, and practical guided exercises. Workshop One -The Contemporary Chakra System Explore the modern chakra model, the subtle body, nadis, colour associations, yoga poses connected to the chakras, and guided meditation practices. Sat 25 July 9.30am-1.30pm Workshop Two — The Classical Chakra System Explore the traditional tantric understanding of the chakras, kundalini, sushumna, bija mantras, deity symbolism, and classical chakra meditation practices.
