A portion of this intensive will be Chakradance™. This program helps you become more in tune with your energy system, empowering you to activate your own inner healer and experience more FREEDOM in everyday life.
What to expect:
We will do a deep dive into one of the 7 chakras trough a series of discussion, bija seed mantras, Chakradance™, guided meditation and mandala work ~ We will discuss trauma and its impact on the chakra system
Healing Energy: Experience the healing power of movement, music and self-exploration.
Self-Discovery: Uncover hidden aspects of yourself and tap into your inner wisdom.
Community Support: Connect with likeminded individuals on a journey of personal growth and transformation. Everyone is welcome
This intensive includes a meditative movement experience rather than a dance class. No previous dance experience required.
Healthy snacks and tea provided.
Arrive 10minutes early to settle in. Wear comfortable clothing.
