Toning is a form of sound healing with the voice, sort of like chanting. The focus is on 7 tones for 7 Energy centers of our being. It's a gentle but powerful practice that’s easy to do at home, but magnified in a group! It’s enjoyable, easy and effective. You’ll find a sense of well-being and peacefulness that gets stronger with each session. The human voice is the most dependable healinginstrument that we have since it is built in. Using sound to resonate each center helps to “charge” those areas by increasing circulation, energy, and vitality. Quantum physics suggests that possibly disease in the body originates with disturbances in the electromagnetic field. Toning 3-5 minutes at each energy center helps “smooth out” the energy fields. Michele may include additional sound tools.
We'll be in the energy of the sign, Cancer. For Cancer, Third Eye Chakra or the Brow Chakra, is located between the eyebrows or above the nose on the forehead. It governs eyesight including sixth sense (telepathy), intuition and psychic skills. We'll spend some additional focus on this energy center.
