Chakra Embodiment Immersion and Training with Liz Hilton, RYT 500, YACEP
October 19-20, 2024
Experience each chakra through multiple techniques including breathwork, mantra, sound, movement and more. Travel through the energy body through the lens of the chakras, vayus and bandhas. Discover so much about who you are through feelings, emotion, visualization and imagination. Liz will take you through each energy portal from a everyday understanding to what it feels like in our inner world.
During this immersion you will learn and explore:
● The philosophy and teachings within the traditional seven chakra system and the pranic (subtle energetic) body.
● Breathwork, mantra, sound, color, body parts, properties associated with each of the seven chakras.
● How to be able to identify areas of balance and imbalance in each area with tools to bring each chakra into more equilibrium.
● Invoking elemental characteristics for each chakra and using the elements as a guide for practice.
● How to theme yoga and meditation classes on the chakras and/or develop a home practice with each chakra for awakening.

This workshop is part of the 300 Hour Professional Yoga Teacher Training program. Interested teachers can join anytime. Open enrollment year round. The cost and hours will be applied to the 300 Hour tuition cost.
