This event is a great way to get a quick tune-up on your chakra energy centers! You do not need to have an appointment to participate in this event, as it is for walk-ins and you will be serviced in the order you arrive. A yoga mat, pillows, eye cover, and sound therapy will all be provided during this session. If you want some extra padding...feel free to bring your own mat or pillows if you choose. This event will be held in a group setting versus individual...so feel free to bring a friend! The event will open at noon and will extend until 3pm...so stop by any time in between to receive your energetic tune-up! $15. Expect to be laying on the mat for about 20-30 minutes. ;) If you prefer a private adjustment, we can schedule that for you for another time.
