Understanding the Chakras: Jenny will guide us in a chakra workshop where you will delve into the seven main chakras, their functions, and their connection to physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Learn how to unblock and balance your energy systems. Chakras are subtle energy centers that affect all levels of your being: physical, psychological, and spiritual.

Tea Ceremony: Experience the synergy of a tea ceremony while activating the chakras. Using tea with chakras can be a mindful practice to balance and harmonize energy centers, connecting with the spiritual body through herbs, crystals, and intentions. Raise your vibration and tune into the frequency of your chakras through tea.

Sound Bath: Amanda will guide us in a heart centered sound bath, a relaxing sound experience, which leaves you feeling rejuvenated and rested while connecting to your higher self and spirit guides. With the power of intention matched with frequency you are able to tune into the magic in your life. Relax as tea and sound work together to release tension and restore balance within you.

*Bring a yoga mat or meditation pillow for the sound bath. (We have meditation pillows here for use and a couple of yoga mats)

*Sound Bath may be held outside if the weather is good.
